These Terms & Conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.itsblooma.pt, as well as purchases made through this platform. By using our website, you assume that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

The website www.itsblooma.pt is owned by an Individual Entrepreneur dedicated to the retail sale of cosmetics and skincare products. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time; it is the user's responsibility to consult them periodically.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on the site are described as accurately as possible. Product availability varies, and if a product is out of stock after purchase, the Customer will be notified and immediately refunded.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices shown already include VAT at the legal rate in force (Portugal). We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or sales conditions without prior notice. Payment can be made through the methods available on the checkout page. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as to Spain. We offer Free Shipping for orders over €50 (except for special campaigns). Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, delivery times may be slightly longer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your blooma. 🌸 experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. The refund will be processed after receipt and verification of the returned product. To initiate a return request, please email itsblooma@gmail.com.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of the products. All products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. The information provided on the site is for informational purposes only and does not replace medical or dermatological advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the www.itsblooma.pt website (images, text, logos, descriptions, and design) is the property of blooma or duly provided by our suppliers. It is protected by copyright, and reproduction, distribution, or modification without the prior written authorization of the brand is prohibited.

8. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting our Customers' privacy. The personal data collected is intended solely for order management, communication, and sending promotional campaigns (when authorized).
